Every reviewer must confirm their relationship to the school — usually via a tuition receipt, a school-issued email, or an in-person verification through our local ambassadors. About 9% of submitted reviews fail verification and are never published.
Yes. You can cancel from your admin dashboard any time. Your paid features stay active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods, but no hidden fees either.
